The hustle is a fast-paced, energetic, and dynamic partner dance that originated in the 1970s. It's characterized by quick turns and many turns, with the woman spinning almost constantly while the man draws her close and sends her away. The hustle is often danced to contemporary pop music, but can also be danced to club hits from the 1970s. This class will be a 2 hour workshop for one evening. We will cover the basic step in 3 & 4 count, and teach several moves in both counts and sharpen what you look like on the floor.
