My methodology in Personal Training starts with your goals. We will discuss your needs and assess where you should start. Based on our meeting, your workout will be designed and customizable as needed.
Part of the training includes an assessment to determine areas of physical improvement(posture, mechanical movement, etc), dietary suggestions, any health issues you are experiencing as well as goals you are trying to achieve. All Training Packages allow customizable workout times and allow carryover for missed sessions.
