Outside of flossing teeth, most people do not spend enough time working on their Posture, Balance and Flexibility. All three regress as we age, and can cause physical issues and pain. As a minimum, it is recommended to exercise daily, but I advise to perform these types of exercise 2-5 times a week. I can assist you in person, cam session or at your home(add a small fee for travel time). I would recommend 1/2 hour session a few times a week for as long as you need my assistance or until you develop a habit in your schedule.
